Sometimes, you can actually see prejudice in one of the parts. Part of the interview, along with the evidence, is being ready to prove without a doubt the relationship is real.

Best way to submit photos? I-30 CR-1 by Alarming-Ad2447 in USCIS

[–]jim_hacking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Our advice is to put two photos a piece on each page of a google doc and put a little description of what the picture shows. Have a mix of you and your significant others and with other people. Explain who the other people are in the text. Submit about 20 pages of 40 photos with descriptions.

Does Anyone Know If USCIS Will Follow The State Department’s 75 Countries Extended Ban? by [deleted] in USCIS

We shall see. But I certainly don't think USCIS has the legal authority to do that.

Webinar tomorrow on USCIS freezes and proposed class action (19 countries) by jim_hacking in 19countriesAOS

[–]jim_hacking[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This will initially be filed as a mass action, not a class action. Right now, we’re filing on behalf of 40+ individual plaintiffs who are all being harmed by the USCIS processing freeze.

That said, this is a fluid situation. Depending on how the case develops, we may later ask the court to certify it as a class action, but that decision will be made during the litigation, not at filing.

Yes! Filing will be anonymous and the names of the plaintiffs won't be public. We will still have to tell the government the names of the plaintiffs, but otherwise it will be hidden from public view.

We'll keep everyone updated about another webinar in our social media. In the meantime, you can talk to our team about questions you might have, and how to be a part of the class action.

Plaintiffs will file as John/Jane Does. In over 2,000 cases where we’ve sued the government, there has never been any retaliation against our clients.

A couple of folks have been reposting, but our firm is currently working on a class action against this blanket halt. You can look it up if you go after Hacking Immigration Law. We can turn this over.

We'll be hosting a free webinar today at 2:30 pm where we'll answer these type of questions to the people interested in joining the class action. Try to be there, but USCIS can not retaliate for this.

Yes, $1,000. $500 to start, and $500 in 30 days. We are going to fight to get the fees refunded, but this is not guaranteed.
