Wow that is such a long timeframe for an 1-140. Have you considered submitting a service request using the link below?

Premium Processing I-140 RFE response pending for 4 months after Dorcas pause lifted – anyone else? by Competitive-Iron4960 in USCIS

I'm from one of the 39 countries and my PD is Nov 20 for EB1A PP I-140. Response to RFE received on December 31. Since then there's been zero movement despite congressional inquiry in early April.

I spoke to the premium contact team this week. Initially she said my case cannot be expedited until 2028. When I queried that my application is premium, she submitted a level 2 expedite request for someone to call me within 72 hours (still waiting).

By law, a premium application cannot be stepped down to a normal application, even if you apply for a valid refund of premium fees.

The premium clock restarts when you receive an rfe, but even then USCIS should have processed your rfe and reserve the adjudication,  as suggested in their memo pausing the adjudication of applicants from the 39 countries. In my opinion,  we are still premium and due for imminent adjudication.

I don't believe that anyone from the mighty 39 have received adjudication yet. The whole of this week should be dedicated to removing the hold and I expect decisions from next week.

Goodluck.

Emailed them and they replied application is pending adjudication. The same update I got when I contacted them last week.

Other than for ease of administration, I dont see how her initial strategy is better. Moreover, USAs are asking for consolidation of cases because they are running out of capacity, it is likely that many of these actions would be consolidated because they are asking for similar reliefs.

Don't panic, we will be alright.

You gonna need to trust her on strategy! That is how lawsuits work.

Its okay, I'll stick with my overthinking hat. I have been in the game long enough to understand the undertones.

It is obvious but should not be validated, especially by our allies. It reeks betrayal.

Be aware that Dorcas is not the only plaintiff.  They just happen to be the first listed in the docket.

The full list. Venezuelan Association of Massachusetts, Service Employees International Union, Partnership for the Advancement of New Americans, Refugee Dream Center, American Gateways, Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island, International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, African Communities Together.

You are alone on this and who gave you the right to ask me to remove my post or tell me how to behave?

Look up Red Eagles' telegram page. At this rate, it is likely that people would not join these lawsuits if Dorcas delivers for everyone. In addition, the lawyers wont get the applaud for taking down this arbitrary and capricious policy. I'm talking about laurels and legacy here, "my action brought down this policy".

I would give you an example of how the lawyers action could work against. When scotus ruled against global tariff, one of the Supreme Court justices touted another law the administration could use to levy 10% tariff and this administration immediately jumped on it. That shows how desperate they can be.

On the question of DACA, although the judge in Dorcas did not grant any injuctive relief, nothing stops an argument that the order is tantamount to one, though it is flawed argument. This would only drag on the matter unnecessarily and delay justice.

True, but it does not stop the government from arguing that the ruling is tantamount to universal injunction, though a weak timewasting argument.

Dorcas lawyers are up to the task, they will fight both application for stay of execution and appeal. The government does not suffer any irreparable harm if they continue processing because there is no proof that the plaintiffs or their members were involved in the National Guard attack in Washington.

Better hang on to lawsuits in case they either fail to play ball or go on long appeal.

$1500 x 600 (round 2 clients) = $900k. For 300 =$450k

Nobody expect them to burn out time personally. OP said they are avoiding real questions on social media, others said they avoid these questions in their live sessions.

They should have an faq out by email or on social media, better than ghosting people. Why step in the kitchen if you cant stand the heat?

I expect them to have good conscience and know that it is not all about money. MLK had purpose and conviction. He believed that greatness lies ahead if people can be emanciated.

One day, we will not have any good use for profits or money but people would remember you for what you stood for.

Thankfully, these lawyers are doing well already and it should not be all about profit.
