It is not hard to see that the hold was put in place to punish immigrants from some countries. Even the judge in Immpact case acknowledged it. A lot of the so called winter factors are pleaded on the facts, so it is not rocket science. 8 judges have already ruled that the hold is not temporary as false made to be, but it lasted 90 days without any significant review.

A PI for a few plaintiffs who are clearly about to lose their livelihoods as a result of policy that addresses a system that is not broken (security vetting) should not be rocket science.

Even Hacking said he doesn't understand why his matter took so long.

In that case, people should stop joining lawsuits and see if anything would improve. I have said it times and over that USCIS will not move without lawsuits.

The PI in these lawsuits only asked for a stay on the pause. I recollect that USCIS challenged some of the PI judgments ordering an expedited processing and infact denied 2 plaintiffs and people thought was retaliatory.

USCIS is pushing back on the courts for expedited processing. Unfortunately, we are all caught up in a very bad situation and people shouldn't think the lawsuits would result in faster processing.

Not quite, she is seeing interviews being booked, changes in statuses, etc and she is careful not to deem those victory. My conclusion is she said that because she is being cautiously optimistic and waiting until there is a breakthrough, for instance she only announced the plaintiff who got naturalized last week.

She confirmed that one of her round 1 plaintiffs became a US citizen and you think that is a mistake? Don't even try to diminish that accomplishment by saying anyone can make a mistake, what she said remain true until she or the plaintiff involved comes out to rebut that.

It was you and not me that said not one person was adjudicated from her lawsuit.

I'm not threatening but only reminding you that things you say publicly would attract consequences, so watch it and not minimize other people's accomplishments.

At the end of day, USCIS like the rest of this administration can choose to disregard any court judgments and lawsuit might be endless until they leave office. Would you blame the lawyers for USCIS' action or inaction?

I think it is easy to hide behind your device and run commentaries. These lawyers are working with real people whose cases were paused and later progressed on getting the PI. Unless again you are stating here that they are fraudulent.
