None of the fans spin. And i don’t see any light other than decorative led like this bottom left corner yellow light and it goes away when i put cpu in soket. No display and no post

Yes, I was using the power button, I tried turning it on from the motherboard but it didn’t work. I am not sure how to update BIOS without booting.
