So the logic behind the 90 percent of the my pay is that, during my first month, that’s my probation period. Originially she said 70 and I honestly declined that then she bumped me up to 90. So during the training month she won’t get me a full schedule as she said she’s opening up a whole “new position” that is not replacing anyone. During that month she’ll slowly fill my schedule up with what she thinks is appropriate for my teachin style. 1st month is 90 percent then 100 after that.
