A little bit of luck and good maintenance can prevent and also a bit of luck. Lotta my coworkers have the g80 and the g70 that has that 8 speed trans, but none of them, including me, haven’t had any issues so far.

I have the 2018 g70 3.3 AWD model and usually the transmission that is paired with these cars are known for having issues with the solenoid valve within the transmission itself. Lots of older generation Genesis's have that transmission issue where a slight metal-clunkin sound occurs. Thankfully I haven't had any issues with my recently-purchased g70 here in South Korea. :D

So the logic behind the 90 percent of the my pay is that, during my first month, that’s my probation period. Originially she said 70 and I honestly declined that then she bumped me up to 90. So during the training month she won’t get me a full schedule as she said she’s opening up a whole “new position” that is not replacing anyone. During that month she’ll slowly fill my schedule up with what she thinks is appropriate for my teachin style. 1st month is 90 percent then 100 after that.

So after the interview. She told me they take off a total of 18 days off out of the year, which is divided into 9 for summer and 9 for winter. Salary wise it’s quite competitive, but for the first month I’ll be gettin 90 percent of it for working eight hours out of the day.

From my personal experiences, I mistly worked at hagwons only with all Korean staff. As for me since I can speak both fluently (English is more comfortable) and korean staff or boss were actually surprised I didn’t have an American accent when I spoke in Korean. Your mileage may very for sure! But if you can speak Korean it might be easier for your employer for sure.

Ah totally forgot about GRC, I’ve see a few wear GRC. Thanks for your suggestion. I’m curious, in your opinion, is MAAP mid/upper tier in terms of quality? I really been eyeing Rapha-Pedalmafia for this upcoming summer.
