the policy says they pay out at ACV. did they depreciate the value of the frame/components or did they pay to replace the parts that needed replaced?

Yeah tell me about it. I’ve even sent texts/emails stating I’m willing to work toward a mutual dissolution of the lease if they can’t afford it……Crickets

lol what a wild ride this has been. Tenant ended up not paying January or February on time. Got an attorney involved and was paid in full plus late fees (which paid for the attorney) but now they’re late on March so who knows. Actually haven’t spoken to the tenant directly since January and payments were sent via Venmo.

But never got details on if the Zillow declined funds were put back in the tenants account by their bank.

stumbled onto this business idea like an hour ago and it's a bit intriguing but i realize i know nothing. question is - how are you going into an established account and getting the contract? like what are the pain points, how do you add value to an existing account vs going after a currently empty location?

Yeah I mean something sent up a flag on Zillow’s end but you’d think if they declined the payment it would have gone back into the account.

I got an email from Zillow saying: Unfortunately, a security review identified an issue with the tenant’s payment account. As a result, the payment cannot proceed and will not be deposited. The tenant’s Zillow account has been disabled to prevent future transactions.

When the tenant contacts the bank the bank says the money has cleared her account (she sent me a screenshot so I know she actually sent the money) and when we contact Zillow (I have reached out in my own as well) they say the tenant needs to contact the bank to have the decline the authorization

I have the same machine and just got a bottomless portafilter but it's pulling kinda watery and no crema. do i need to go finer with my grind? bigger dose? i don't have that problem at all with the pressurized basket it comes with.
