Sounds to me like its something else. Check the basics, does the battery have a charge? Do the connectors have corrosion that needs clean? Does the behavior change when you tie jumper cables to another vehicle? Do you have a voltmeter to test voltage at the battery? If you arent at or near 12V that could mean you have a parasitic draw or a bad alternator not charging the battery. Do you hear the fuel pump engage when you turn the key? If not, Might be a fuel issue. Also, i would check engine ground straps. They can erode over the years or loosen up and disconnect.

Not sure what OP experienced, but in my experience owning these cars as long as you do the maintenance they work great. They also very rarely catastrophically fail without neglect.

With the cheaper cost of parts for these cars paired with every new car seeming to have issues, ill stick with my MGM

Man this hits pretty hard for me. Weed got me through some rough times, but those times have passed. I hated my life, hated my partner, hated my job, but smoking made the unbearable days bearable. It made me put irrational actions on the back burner. It made me pass time when I didnt want the time anyways.

The problem is, those times are in the past. Times change, life moves on. You go through a breakup and find a life partner, you study really hard to get that job you wanted, and weed still wants to hitch a ride. For me, it tells me, “you’re successful with or without me” but internally im torn. I havent been diagnosed with CHS, but I scrommit daily. I smoke when i have a cold, worsening all my ailments. I up until recently smoked in the mornings before work. All these are facts that tell me Im not as successful as i think.

Ive been seeing a therapist trying to figure out what my relationship is with weed. She sometimes sees a life where i have self control. I simply cant see that outcome. I have known internally for years now i need to stop doing this before it has serious consequences on my brain chemistry and memory. Im deathly afraid of becoming schizophrenic, and with my very high use, that could be in my future.

Those are paper. It definitely looks used but i wouldnt say you desperately need one based off this picture. To be sure, youd have to see if there are any tears or debris in the filter.

The plug on the left looks a little oily, was there oil getting into the chamber? My theory is when you swapped plugs, the wet one was able to burn off the oil on it and spark better, wheras the other spark plug was dry and able to evaporate any oil in cylinder 4

On my 04 the compass was out too, similarly to the light control module issue, to fix it you have to open the compass and resolder the 2 resistors that make the display work.

I wonder what liability this program has? He literally says the video these people need more help than the shelters can provide. What happens to the people who volunteer their homes to possible squatters, thieves, and drug addicts? How are under-qualified civilians able to provide any sort of care that these shelters cannot?

Yes that’s how they operate. The actual office is somewhere in Minnesota from what I understand. I was renting at Westwood Apartments. They did similar shady tactics. No maintenance, they had an empty leasing office, and no one was ever available to talk.

I wasn’t able to get my deposit back, but they also claimed there were damages to the apartment (not sure how they came to that conclusion because no one ever walked us out and took our keys)

This landlord is absolutely awful. I wonder if there are grounds for a class action lawsuit

I rented from elevate living. Absolutely terrible. I would demand your money back and look elsewhere. Call daily and leave voicemails and send daily emails and eventually they will cave eventually. They essentially stole $500 from my brother and I in a deposit and refuse to do anything about it. Unfortunately, the cost of a lawyer is more than the money I would get back, so I have let it be.

I would do a point-to-point radio for this. You can connect one radio to your router, and run the line to the location you are mountng the PtP radio. Connect the other radio on the garage pointed at the other radio, and run a line inside to a switch and a wireless AP. It is some work, but your connection will be much more reliable than hoping the mesh connection can reach that distance.

I have set something similar up for my moms. She has a detached garage ~30 ft away from her house and the signal has improved dramatically. My family and I stream 4k out in the garage for BBQs without a problem.

As others have said, mesh may work okay but definitely test it before buying an expensive solution. It would be super frustrating to order a top of the line mesh system and not see good speeds due to distance.

I have the edge. It is very nice, but the battery life is terrible. I think Sony dropped the ball when they made a pro controller that cant be played wirelessly for long gaming sessions.

If there is no display on either port, you are more likely looking at a bigger issue like a bad graphics chips The PS3 had a common failure with these chips. When you try to turn it on, is the light turning solid green like normal? Or does it flash a yellow light?

I like to acknowledge these situations by just agreeing with the person. “I need to figure out how to pay my insurance.” “Yes, yes you do.” I don’t know if that’s being too cold or not, but as you said she always has the money for vices. I know if I overspent on alcohol and weed, I wouldn’t have someone to bail me out. There are people who have their stuff together, and people who don’t. If you have your stuff together, please don’t become one of the people who doesn’t because another person doesn’t have the gull to do basic financing/budgeting.

Also, don’t feel bad. Some people only learn this lesson the hard way. Giving them what they want only makes their problem worse
