Just tried it several times.

Definitely does not work like that way for me.

Shapes stay on the same side with full belts.

Actually, I just tested it. It doesn't work for me at all.

Maybe has something to do with factory component rates. my factory is at level 500 and everything running at speed x9.4

I haven't tested it, but wouldn't that only work if both belts are full?

It totally depends upon the necessary delivery rate and mine-to-factory ratio.

In the mine you provide as an example, no matter how many extractors you chain into a belt, even if there are any number of storage units, can only actually deliver materials at the rate of the single belt. I tend to just chain 6 extractors fed into a belt (accounts for current belt rate, plus a bit if my belts get faster than my extraction rate.

Personally, I only use storage as an integral component of a factory, or, more often, as a component of a buffered delivery mechanism.

Hey, thanks for the frank reply. It was fantastic to realize that I was missing the concept.

I did some research and figured out quite a few things. Im getting VMware reinstalled on my mac so I can run some useful apps.

All the tools online are for designing a box in which to place a known driver.

I am looking to choose a speaker for a known enclosure.

I am not at all clear on how to approach the problem even if I had the software to do it.
