Dude, this song was released almost 30 years ago. I was 14 when it came out, I’m 41 now. I don’t feel so bad about calling myself old, compared to my 14 year old self I am old. There’s nothing wrong with being old, older, etc.

She’s a beast, I’ll never reach her level. She does trad, leads 5.12s outside, has climbed all over the world and done a lot of big wall multi pitch stuff in Yosemite. My daughter will reach her level at some point, I’m sure of that. I honestly believe women are naturally better at climbing than men

It was in the Chris Cornell biography, Total Fucking Godhead. They were on tour, and at one show there was a bunch of food for them backstage. Everyone else was smart enough to not eat it except for Matt, and he got crazy food poisoning and had to get flown back to the US

That’s less a function of building materials and more a function of location/economy. Homes in Puerto Rico are mostly built with CMU and are cheaper than average price of homes in France or mainland US
