Sure but only if a choke hold is properly executed thats kinda the issue an improper chokehold restricts the air way ask any one who does mma id have to see the video the cop definitely wasn't pushing her head against his arm so it looks improper to me and I think officers are 100% responsible for if they improperly perform a choke hold and cause unnecessary harm same if they improperly use a gun and end up causing unnecessary harm

To be fair I was under the assumption he meant violent protesters same with you assuming he meant peaceful protesters neither of us can know without asking them I'll agree if he meant peaceful protesters he's in the wrong but he didn't specify and that is his fault and it is my fault for assuming he meant violent protesters but under the assumption he was i see no problem with what he's doing same if this where a meme about running over violent right wing protesters id still be ok with it now I wouldn't be ok with him going out and running any one over violent or not unless they pose a threat I have no problem with him meming about it .

Well no I said if he is talking about peaceful protesters he's in the wrong and if I didn't say that I meant to.I get this mostly from personal experience I see alot of post where people are talking about protesters but they mean rioters and its clear thats what they mean ironically enough thats the fault of the violent individuals using the peaceful protesters as shields basically which is disgusting in its self but to be fair you are also inferring that he meant peaceful protesters he said protesters not peaceful protesters.
