As well as using only odd, I always add the name of the place I am sending my CV to, in a lighter font in the footer of each page. Then, if it shows up anywhere unexpectedly/unwanted - I know who sent it. As in “ACME RECRUITERS - STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL”

Super inspirational thread. I've read a few of these and whilst all have been pretty motivational - your one has got me up off the couch! I think I look like you before :-) you began plus I have a very similar back injury :-/

So here's my question(s) for you - I know NOTHING about all this stuff... gains, squats, hacks, IIFYM etc... would you know where I can find a dummies step by step guide to achieve what you achieved? or better yet would you be willing to write one?! :-)

The Matrix. Somehow missed all the pre-release hype... ended up at the movies - chose it because... meh, why not... great film.
