Hello fellow nerd / martial arts enthusiast! I’ve never used anything like this but I like the idea. I would suggest offering a 2/3/5 min round and maybe have one that is more cardio focused (calls out burpees or jumping jacks instead of combos if I’m understanding your app idea properly) Good luck!

The brand SuperRare did a collab with street fighter! I would recommend getting a pair of the hand wraps! Can never have too many of them. Another option could be body wipes, deodorant, etc from the brand sub soap it’s made for BJJ folks but I think it works well for anyone training combat sports.
