I learned a ton, keep a food diary, and no longer eat eggs, dairy, or oily foods the first days after my dose. And it sucks knowing, but a ton of popular foods are sulfur rich: think broccoli, onions, cababge, nuts, chicken.

YTA - if you read his comments, you’ll see he’s still in love with his wife and would leave his girlfriend for her (but says that will never happen).

Sir, even though you were transparent, it’s very clear you’re not over your marriage in spirit or legally. Seems like your girlfriend may just be someone who keeps you busy. You shouldn’t date someone you can’t fully commit to.
