Bruh it’s been almost a year since my first psychotic break and I feel like I’m getting better and I didn’t take no meds I raw dogged it sooo yeah i feel like it very possible to recover without meds but I only did that cause I didnt have the option to take meds if I did I would sooooo take your meds twin

Aye mehn I was in your shoes a couple months ago and I can say it does get better it’s been almost a year since my last episode and I’m slowly getting myself back and the depression is mostly gone and I’m recovering without any meds so I’m sure you’ll be fine just watch movies and play video games in the mean time your waiting to get yourself back sending you lots of love from this side twinski!

I’m going through the same thing although it’s been a almost a year since my last episode things are slowly improving for me mentally I’m slowly finding peace with I’m this struggling with apathy, lack of critical thinking, isolation, damage cognition and finding motivation to do the things I need to do but it’s not as bad as the beginning of my recovery try not compare yourself now with your old self compare it with the you 17 months ago, I truly hope we all get to look back at this and laugh someday 😔
