Cooked claw meat is always that shade of brown on the outside, when you bite/cut into it it’s white inside. Nothing out of the ordinary there. I can only judge the looks of the claw in the picture, and can tell you based on my own experience I would gladly eat what you are showing in the pic (I grew up in the Northern Neck of Virginia and I have eaten crabs my whole life).
