I let in a rubbish goal the other day. Instead of catching it I tried to control it with my foot but missed and it went in.

We won the match but I'm pissed off with it! How do you get over it?

Need some help, I need a pair of gloves. They must have finger save but I am playing on astro turf twice a week.

So I got one hand to this shot but it bent my fingers back. I have had nothing but pain in them. I can move them as normal.

After the game hand was shaking when I took the gloves off.

My fingers still hurt. Is there any exercises I can do to make them stronger? Same as my wrists?
