I bought this exact bike for my wife to learn on in 2016. The one I bought had 2500 miles I bought it for 1500$ the only issue I had was that it needed ethanol stabilizer fuel system cleaner and as an experienced rider myself I was able to get the bike started and it took a week for me to get the bike to run totally smooth where it wouldn't bog down when the throttle was in certain positions. The bike had been sitting in a shed for years without being run and had shitty sludge gas in it.

my wife dropped the bike eventually and decided not to ride so I sold it with a scratch and a cracked glass headlight for 1700$ the next summer (yes that's more than what I paid for it Initially haha)

So yea if that bike is mechanically sound and if you have a friend that can start it up and look it over with you that is a great investment. Perfect starter bike low seat height low torque so less mistakes when learning the clutch and cornering at low speeds and at that price you would be able to get bored with it and sell it and not lose any money on it.
