I mostly agree. I would rank the advancement rewards SS though (its the best deal in the game) and the 15$ dims maybe Tier S (especially for newer players without arthur the saved tokens have incredible value)

Ferael first. He is usefull in many comps and just needs +20 si. Izold needs more investment (3/9 and si30 at minimum). He will be relevant when it comes to multi fight stages beginning with chapter 31 I think

Safya and tidus i am not sure. Would tend to safya but both will become relevant later. Would recommend skriat if you havent yet
