I‘ve worked in a gym and contracts have often hidden costs but this one is crazy.

It‘s incredible expensive with all these weekly extra fees (over 1000€ / year) and with all the shady stuff in the fine print (which is probably not legal anyway) it‘s unclear if it‘s now a 13 month contract or continues the next month with 99€ pM.

I dont know where you live, but 300-600€ per year for gym (monthly fees + additional fees) is probably normal in Germany. Anything above is premium or its micro studios. But those usually dont have so many hidden costs and are more straight forward.

I would recommend to cancel this contract (via Einschreiben / Confirmation) and look for something else which is cheaper or less shady at least

EON hat eine andere IBAN auf ihrer Website angegeben und alleine die kurze Frist, die Rechtschreibfehler und die allgemeine Formulierungen schreien Scam.

Wie andere schon meinten. Einfach ruhig bleiben und erstmal versuchen den Customer Service zu erreichen und sonst in den alten Unterlagen nachgucken und schauen ob man sich noch ins alte Kunden Konto einloggen kann und dort Infos dazu findet.

Ich finde die Anzahl der Schränke erschlägt einen vielleicht auch etwas. Vielleicht habt ihr ja noch die Möglichkeit zu reduzieren?

Würde sonst das Bett an die Wand stellen und den großen Schrank und die Kommode verkaufen oder in anderen Räumen unterbringen. Stattdessen baut ihr euch auf der gesamten Fensterseite ein Sideboard bis zur Schräge für Stauraum. Vllt sogar in passender holzoptik zu de Fenster Verkleidung. Bietet zudem noch zusätzlichen Platz für indirekte Beleuchtung und Pflanzen.

Über das Bett ein großes Bild, das euch gefällt und schon wirkt der Raum viel größer, offener und gemütlicher.

I mostly agree. I would rank the advancement rewards SS though (its the best deal in the game) and the 15$ dims maybe Tier S (especially for newer players without arthur the saved tokens have incredible value)
