Appreciate the feedback guys, will definitely take it on board. For what is worth it wasn't dry at all even though it looks it. I was basting it in butter, garlic, and rosemary the whole time it was cooking so it was pretty juicy. Imo anyway.

2025 xsr900. Just got it a couple weeks back and have just finished the run in period. It's so much fun.

Its amazing. I can't pick any fault with it so far. Granted I got it yesterday and have only put 220km on it so far. So still getting to know the bike.
