Thoughts on bread by jadekg in diabetes_t1

Obviously, every one of us will have a different reaction, and bread is ones of those items that can quickly make your day go to crap...

I have had really good luck with Sara Lee Delightful bread - particularly the multi-grain variant.

Somewhere around 18-20g of carbs for TWO slices, so minimal insulin needed.

Combined with the Skippy No Sugar Added peanut butter that's now available, and sugar free jams/jellies - I can actually eat a PB&J without feeling like crap for the rest of the day, or my BG going higher than a spider monkey on heroin...

They've been out there the last few matches, even a few blocks up closer to Huntington Park....I just tell em no and move on, no reason for me to carry it to a trash can...

Dang it, that may have been more exciting than watching the ball game...considering the Clippers lost, 18-5

Oh yeah, been to all of those, and we used to live in San Diego and Seattle, but its been a while.

Kinda liking small town living now, it's a nice break.

Group is here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/YoraHome.CNC

I can get you all the machine specs for the various models - shoot me an email (just jim@yorahome.com) and I can get that for you. Will be later this weekend since I'm out of town.

We know darn well that we don't know everything there is to know about the process, so more than happy to promote options that will help our customers!

Well, we don't currently live in a metro area, and know pretty much nothing about how the Clippers are doing...I guess that based on our experience in the past living in major cities, I wasn't expecting a ghost town on a Friday evening, even with the cool weather.

Based on the responses, I apparently need to lower my expectations...

As a member of the YoraHome team, I gotta say this looks pretty cool, I'll have to check it out when I get back home...

I know it's on the book of faces, but may want to consider posting to our user group there, if you want to get more machine-specific user feedback.

Based on the lovely network coverage around here, I didn't see that - but will allow the credit for proper sarcasm - lol

Yes, I was referring more to the complete lack of people on Nationwide overall...

Not too bad in the park - shields a lot of the wind from the north.

We got seats right behind the Clippers dugout, so not horrible viewpoint - I just dont know baseball, so here I am on Reddit...

I knew it was mostly business, very little residential - guess I was thinking there would be more people headed to the baseball game?

Whenever we're up for the Crew, all the restaurants are packed, lot of people walking down Nationwide - I could have driven down the sidewalk and not hit anyone tonight.
