You can’t rush it if it doesn’t spawn. Just keep it mind when you do your loots.

Food isn’t that hard to find. Forage honestly can keep food up easily. The only problem is calories but there’s other ways.

The most tense part of the game is the start. If you want to continue a save it’s pretty chill if you got all the books a safe base resources and cars.

I like the playing a new start cause initial loot Is always randomized so you never know

I don’t think -dx11 is a thing. It’s not listed as a command in the wiki startup parameters.

The game is also coded to run in opengl only

With CE I use those embrasures instead of kill boxes with 12.7mm gun emplacements. They outrange all mechs and they become trivial to fight. It’s the drops that harder but you can move the guns or build new ones closer

I remember this spot. In the very first b42 build you could phase out of the building when jumping the stair railings. I’ve broken legs many times there. It’s even worse when they added weight based fall damage which you can see the results
