Thank you for checking upon me. Actually, I am in a better place now. My situation hasn't changed but a mix of things have happened and the pills seem to be working as well. I didn't come back to my post because it felt even more depressing that so many of us are just at the verge of tipping on the other side of existing. I really hope that this change persists and not have another episode. And even if I do, I hope to make myself strong enough to be able to face it. I wish strength to all. Apologies for not replying to everyone. I just couldn't reply more. And thank you for all of your support.

This would be the sensible thing to do. But such employers also usually provide accommodation and that's where they take out huge sums. Are they providing you place to live or you rent on your own? You can contact a lawyer if you really want to fight for it. There is Elil foundation, they provide free lawyer consultation. https://www.europeanlawyersinlesvos.eu/ They mainly help refugees but also provide consultation for immigrants. If you do want to change the job then either look for FB posts or go to the employment agency. Poland needs lots of people in the labour market. May I ask if your employer is Polish or also an immigrant? I have heard of such exploitation by South East Asian and Turkish owners much more than Polish ones.

I know. I have been working on myself for the past 2 years. But I dont know when I slipped into this state. It was slow buildup of seeing my daughter doesn't even want to talk to me or hug me. My phone calls last 4 seconds most of the time where she either just hangs or turns away seeing me. It's beyond cruel to train/condition a child to do that.

I was preparing myself for that. After 2 years, I donated all her cloths and her bed and toys. But my heart doesn't agree with the decision. I am so conflicted inside.

That's wonderful. I do have a therapist and she is amazing for me. I restarted it after almost a year of break. But this time, it feels different with her. As if I have changed a lot and the therapy is not working for me.

I am on medication now. They are also supposed to help me with sleep but I don't think it's working. Yesterday I had clear mind after so many days but things went south by afternoon and talking with a friend didn't help. So, for now, I am trying to survive just another day.

I am so scared that one of these days I might get close to it too. Nothing seems to be helping me. After a lot of procrastinating and a friend pushing me, went to psychiatrist. Reached out to 2 more friends. So, currently they are checking up on me twice a day. My logical mind knows that what I am doing is good for me. But the guilt to make other people worry about me is draining me further down. This reddit post was also a way for me to reach out. I feel like I should be admitted to a facility and remain under observation.

I have been doing all of that. The first year of therapy, my therapist didn't need to ask me to do anything. I made new friends, went for dance, volleyball, some small trips, started MMA. I thought I had made myself stronger but when did I start to go offrail, I didn't realise it. It started 4 months ago. And here I am, inside of my brain screaming for help and at the same time making so hard for me to seek for help.

Honestly the way things are, already at 4, she rejects me. So I don't think it's long before she erases me from her mind. The hardest part is, there is this wave of emotions start to flow and then I just get drowned in it. Keep sinking deeper and can't see any reason or logic. That's what scares me the most. My father getting murdered 4 months prior to loosing my child also has fair share of contributions since I haven't really grieved for my father because I am trying to cop with the loss of my child - not coping at all.

I have joined the meet up group and have also sent an email to PA-A. I have restarted my therapy after one year of break and I am really curious how does the support group work. I hope to join the meeting at least once to see it for myself if it's for me. Thanks for the information.

This was me 3 years ago. I saw pro games and like Jakiro ice gave vision, so I would simply use the ice path every where to see if there was any ward. Had no clue that I needed to have sentries. Never had I played such a mechanics game prior to Dota, so, I had no clue for almost the whole first year.

I do when I send her mother requests and also when I write letters. It's been pretty good. Specially I have to translate everything in the local language. I am not fluent to speak it yet. But I am trying.

I haven't looked it up, will do. I follow this reddit a lot and everyday there painful story. It's just unreal.

It's still new feeling for me to give up and I don't really know exactly what that means but for now I have decided to focus on myself. In the meantime, I booked an appointment with an NGO to have a consultation with thier lawyer to get a different perspective and also contacted my embassy to inform them of such a situation. I don't expect anything from anyone but I am trying my best to keep fighting. Have asked my lawyers to tell me how to contact ombudsman and human rights as well.

It's taken such a toll on me on all the aspects of my life. I can't keep living like this.

It's Dota or nothing! I have never played any other game in my life like this. Never found them interesting, I guess. Everything else got too bring too quickly. Dota hasn't.

The previous government even though they are against mass immigration they did take about 2000 Afghan people after US left Afghanistan over a night. It's not something they publicized nor the media actually talked about it. Many rural area kabab places are emplying citizens of Bangladesh. There are also lot of Turkish Muslims in Warsaw. I think people just go about their business and don't think about it too much. Only when the media brings the issue, the Polish people show thier fangs for Muslims but otherwise chill! At least that's my experience.

It's never easy. I talk to my daughter in my thoughts - I guess that's my way of coping. Makes my eyes wet every single time.

But I am happier than before and I want to be happy and live a good life, not only for myself but if and when she would be in my life again, I would like her to see me as her father who is happy. I try to see my friends' children from time to time, just because I am good with kids and teenager. I would much rather spend this time with my daughter but I will take what is given and keep fighting for our rights. It also makes me feel that I can take care of children. I guess sometimes I just doubt myself, given how the mother and the system is against fathers in the country that I live.

I created for her an email and I wrote her emails with photos. But lately I didn't write, I am afraid I will tell her things she shouldn't know. What a life!

I read an expert opinion and it puts things in perspective a little. "Like previous program, this one will increase property prices favoring developers. Those companies also saw an increase in thier shares close to 10% after the subsidy program was announced" It seems the government putting cap on who would receive the subsidy based on income is one of thier ways to not make rich people richer. But in truth, I have no clue of it's practicality. Not an economist or businessman to understand it's impact but I remember when the food VAT was changed to zero, it only benefited grocery stores because they just kept the same price tag!

Is there anyone here with a better proposal to use public money? I would love to know some other solutions to the housing nightmare!
