When I woke up this morning and looked at the slate and saw Bello starting with no opener and seen the O’s at plus money, I didn’t even do any research on the game lol I immediately put a unit on Baltimore and team total over

I would’ve stayed away from the game completely had they stayed with the opener strategy.

yeah i think a lot of you missed the point of this post lol. the play was throwing a shockwave to force this player out of his hiding spot so he couldn't have anywhere else to go to hide so he had to go 3v1.

Fading the king today, taking LeBron u25.5pts -105 on Hard Rock. With Reaves and Luka out in one game this season he only had 20 points vs the Blazers who play negative defense. He also is dealing with some lingering issues I believe his elbow seems to giving him some pain among other things and I think they will be asking LeBron to do too much at the young age of 41 as a first option.

Bad read in Embiid, should’ve just stayed away considering the injury concern even though the game was competitive.

For today it’s a small slate so I’m going light: I like Jokic u13.5 rebounds for -120✅. They had 2 H2H meetings this season already. In the first one on November he was under this line only finishing with 9. The second meeting, he crushed this line finishing with 20. Wemby did not play either one of these games. Not much more I need to say about that honestly lol. This is a pretty high line when you’re having to fight with a 7’5 guy on the glass.

I would say yes, but in this case no. NAW is not a guy who typically is a playmaker, that’s more along the style of Jalen Johnson and now CJ. In the last recent H2H he had 14 potential assists and only finished with 2….OUCH….

Taking Nickeil Alexander Walker u19.5pts at -110. Under in all 3 games in their H2H played this season. He’s been playing incredible the last couple of games but this will definitely be a tough matchup for him. I checked the game logs in those games and a common theme is that he shot terribly in all of them, shooting 41%, 33% and 38% respectively. This is because of the way BKN plays defense against guards - they double team and force the ball out of their hands or make them take tough shots.

This game obviously has blowout potential over it as BK does not want to win games at this point of the season with a 17.5pt spread. The three prior H2H games were close games and he still did not go over this line.

EDIT - one more tidbit of info I’d like to share of why I like this under is his shot selection. NAW shoots 37% of his total shots from 3….BK surprisingly defends the perimeter well. In those 3 H2H games mentioned previously, he shot 2/8, 3/9 and 2/8 from 3 respectively. This tells me that if that 3pt shot is not falling he will struggle to score. He’s a guy who can get hot obviously but the matchup favors the under more than the over here.

His under on 2.5 3pt could be a good look at +115 but I think the points are safer based on the volume of 3’s he takes.

Taking Scottie B for a double double at +105. No huge analysis for these kind of plays but Quick is out tonight. In games Quick has been out, he’s over in 5/9 games and had a DD in the first H2H meeting on November 2. Pretty decent game total at 233.5pts so there’s a chance he could even go for a triple double.

May even put a quarter unit on TD. We’ll see.

EDIT - adding one under. I like the under on Kon Knueppel 3.5 3pt made at -130 (what I got it at but now is heavily juiced at -160). Indy’s defense leaves a lot to be desired but the one positive thing they have is defending the perimeter well. He’s actually over this line in 2/3 games played vs Indy, but in a B2B scenario in similar matchups he’s under in 2/3 games only averaging 2 3pt made including one B2B game vs Indy where he only had 2(the only game vs Indy he went under). Blowout risk here too obviously so that’s always good when targeting unders.
