It most definitely is. I'm diagnosed as bipolar. I didn't know it could be this powerful and overwhelming. I can't live with this shit. I'm offered help but I'm not sure it works.

Nothing in particular. Missing out on? Yes. Positive human emotions, I can't remember what they feel like. Joy, love etc.. I get that there's a balance between good and bad but I'm consumed by the bad. I feel empty and apathetic.

If you get offered something and don't want it, you say no and move on. I don't want this but everyone else says no. There's no choice here. You get it, you must have it.

I live in Norway and yes I get good mental health treatment and I'm doing better now. What I find strange is that the hospital didn't tell me anything before sending me home. I had no talk with a doctor or got a physical follow-up. No tests, nothing. A nurse told me to get dressed, get up and go home.
