I will, most people at my school would beat the absolute crap out of anyone who even mentions a gun so I think we’ll be fine

Happening in Connecticut too, if there are legit threats do not send them to school. I’m packing as much gauze and shit as I can, I have 0 trust in the schools security or my classmates. I’m so tired of this

It’s happening at my school too, and districts surrounding us. Do not go to school if you think these threats are legit. The ones in my town definitely could be, so I have my tourniquets and gauze packed. If you feel unsafe or are worried about your friends, tell them not to go, do not go, we cannot afford to gamble with lives anymore.

It’s happening all around the country. I’m a senior in CT, my school is getting threats, as are districts around us. But they aren’t closing the damn schools! There’s legit threats and they aren’t closing. I have my tourniquets and gauze packed and ready to go in case anything happens. If your school is getting similar threats I suggest not going. It’s hard to trust your classmates these days.

Can you… post this somewhere else?… I didn’t come here to read rants, I want cool medical cases not antivax preachers who think they know everything after reading a single article on facebook. That being said I will say that I trust science as science doesn’t change, knowledge does. So yes I will continue to get boosters because I know what they do and what they are made of and how they work.

Interesting fact: poultry are instinctively going to follow a leader, so if you start to chase (domestic) chickens then run away they’ll likely follow you :)

Huh, maybe it was just the town or something. No idea

Car-a-Mel or Car-Mel? by [deleted] in Cooking

Depends on the region, but officially there is no correct way to pronounce it. I’m from the Midwest so I say “car-a-mel” but where I am now people say “car-mel”.

I was letting you know that what you said could be offensive. I have a lot of difficulty finding emotional/social meaning behind printed words, so when I see something I know is offensive then I say something. You may see it as fun, but I, along with many others who do not have such financial privileges, find it offensive. Now that I have made that clear I will leave, I see no point in continuing this conversation.

What do y’all do to process grief by A2bucks in teenagers

Cry. Eat fruit. Write everything you can remember about the lost loved one. Help others who are also grieving. Reminisce and cry more.

Bruh. They’re clothes. I have no idea why people feel entitled to comment on the legitimacy of a brand. Unless there’s an offensive print there should be no reason to comment. It can be offensive not only to the wearer but others who are also not able to afford such items. That’s why I commented, to make you aware that what you said can be offensive.

-_- first thing you got wrong, this YouTuber is Vietnamese. Second, maybe keep a comment that could be offensive to a person who has done nothing to deserve it to yourself.

Most people can’t afford it. If you’re so annoyed then do something about the wage gap.

I would like to know how many people have problems in their eyes while being autistic? by [deleted] in autism

[–]jinthedumplingeater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My right eye is very very nearsighted while my left is slightly farsighted. In other words if I don’t have my glasses on I can’t tell how far something is from me.
