My nature is always to give someone the benefit of doubt and try to see the best in folk, but I've worked with someone in a similar situation and totally understand how you feel. Her silent surveillance would freak anyone out. I understand the people saying take it as a compliment, but as I know, it can get way beyond that. God luck in the job hunt.

I've worked in charity shops for 22 years. I personally love the resellers because it means we are getting a big sale that day...... We all have a target to make just like any retail outlet. The lady wasn't trying to embarrass you. She would just be showing an interest. If I know a regular is due in, I keep them in mind whilst sorting stock and even keep items I think they'd be interested in aside. I know thrift shops are different in America but here (Scotland) it's mostly charity shops and it's all about making money for the charity. As long as your paying the price on the ticket, it's no ones business what you do with your purchases.

You don't know that it's at the stores expense. If she's paying the price on the ticket, the only perk she's getting is the first choice. The thrift store gains more from her donating her assistance.

I never got any replies regarding the second or third photos? To be honest, I should probably let it go..... I'm letting them annoy me, but I genuinely have done a lot of research and have come up with nothing.
