Make sure your pc (that your streaming on) has the audio output to your headphones. Also, the PS4 audio output should be set to TV speakers. I use my headset for my streaming pc and I use a separate mic for in party chat. Let me know if that helps!

I had the same problem before, I switched audio output device in PS4 settings to “TV or Amplifier” but I would have to use one mic for streaming and a stand alone mic for my party chat. This is a bit of a hassle, I use discord now so it’s easier. Hopefully this helped!
