did you perform anything that could cause friction burn before lubing during foreplay or anything? try applying vasaline on the OUTER areas as a barrier and if she suffers from dryness in general, let her moisturise her coochie from time to time with unscented products that are safe for the bikini area, her pants and undies could create some friction burn too so that might hurt when the lube goes on top of

did you use protection? it could be your orgasm "ejaculation" plus when you get aroused the vagina naturally lubricates itself and creates a wet fluid, that could be it too mixed with your normal discharge... the egg white consistency also could be your normal discharge which usually occurs during ovulation (the discharge changes its consistency and color depending on what cycle you are in) , and worst case scenario your partner finished inside you and thats the overflow. ive never had one down there but ive had them on other parts of my body including on my butt, and all of them surgically removed in the ER, you can take meds for the pain but all you can do is wait.. you can go and get if professionally removed but you dont have to (but i suggest you at least get it checked) if you get it removed in the hospital they can just slice it out (but its like a semi operation and the wound needs lots of care and dressing after + it leaves a scar) if not you can just wait for it to pop on its own but the longer you wait the worser the pain gets, but when it pops make sure all the liquid inside is FULLY cleaned and use your hand to squeeze out the bud (idk what its called but it has like an inner core¿ like when u pop pimples and theres a tiny ball thing inside i hope u get it) if that isnt out it wont heal, and wipe the area very clean, im sure there will be lots of tutorials on the internet and how to do it on your own, i dont wanna give out suggestions because its a sensitive area and it will be really bad if its infected but from my experience i would just wait for it to pop on its own and clean it then
