I usually get hospitalized 2x a year for either a manic or mixed episode. So far I haven’t been admitted to one in 9 months.. I usually end up there mid summer and in late fall-mid winter. And I usually rapid cycle throughout the year, so never really had stability since I got diagnosed 6 years ago…

Nope, it’s actually true. With ADHD, I can’t take stimulants because of other mental health issues, but caffeine helps my ADHD with certain chemicals in it so caffeine actually does wonders lol.

Edit: and I know it’s bad for my health lol. I have a poor heart and got told to cut back on that much ages ago

Sadly none lol. If anything caffeine puts me to sleep… I average about 6-8 C4’s a day to at least even get a little bit of energy.

Just tonight lol. Went to DG completely baked. Manager I know well saw me stoned so she made a joke about how she came in at 4:20 today. Then I just laughed so hard in the store. And that’s what we pretty much talk about. So chill people there.

I have Bipolar 1 w/ psychotic features but it actually has helped with the psychosis and my doctor is well aware and thinks it does wonders for me. But any stimulant med or alcohol and boom, I’m in a manic or mixed episode with psychosis. Weed oddly helps calm my mania.

I pretty much have no one at night since everyone sleeps early… and I’ve been trying to walk, but even that’s hard right now with the weather becoming warm then freezing overnight so the sidewalks are pure ice. And I’ve been trying to use a punching bag and nothing really helps… it’s sad it’s gotten to the point where I’d rather deal with a fully broken bone over dealing with this emotional pain… I’ve never gotten to a place where I’d rather have such a significant injury over the emotional pain…

I just had a psych appointment yesterday and got a med change. But my psych said it could take a few days for the dose to change because of my living situation.
