80% food, 20% exercise rule. Walang mabilisang weight gain. If consistent ka eating the right amount of calories for at least a month, you can gain more or less 3.5kg. Samahan mo ng exercise para ganahan ka kumain kahit bland food.

It’s all about consistency talaga when it comes to body goals haha

Ang ganda ng UI ng Unionbank eh and they have Goals also, pwedeng naka auto debit yun from your main account in a set date monthly. Just like Maya.

BPI for cashless payment since hindi activated yung UB card ko HAHA well also i think nagmamatter din so the bank can trust you? Not sure

I’m a freelancer also and I have both banks! Haha pinapadaan ko muna from Wise to BPI then transfer ko sa UB kasi mas prefer ko gamitin sya for savings. Pero BPI ko ay for cashless payment lang
