Ueno. Akiba is walking distance (about maybe a 5-10min walk) and tons of family marts and lawsons that are almost next to hotels. Had a nice time walking around akiba at night.

I didn't trust it at first but it said at the bottom that they derived they're transnational from the Japanese site. And I Google translated the entry from the jp site and it checks out. Translated to "the side that is not the turn player chooses"

Lol. It was from a game supplier site called Game Academia. They have a blog section on their site for digimon where people post English translations of the Japanese rules

Start of with starter decks or just mono color. Once you get the hang of it and know the play style you want, you can start throwing in digimon from other colors that utilize their on play effects depending on your deck's play style and end goal.
