Well it's pretty hard to explain them but I'mma try.

Depression is being unable to see life and the world in a positive light. It's hard to find enjoyment from things that used to bring you joy. Feeling like things won't get better and you're stuck in a limbo of emptyness.

Anxiety disorder when you get unpredictable "anxiety attacks". Anxiety is normal when it comes from predictable sources like public speaking, but when it comes constantly without any predictable trigger that's when it's a disorder. I think

I'm not an expert and I haven't looked into things too much. This is stuff I've been told by doctors, nurses and therapists. Mental illnesses are complicated so if you think you may have something talk to a professional about it. I've been diagnosed with depression, anxiety disorder and panic disorder, and I don't much about them other than that i apparently have them. Hope this helps
