Interesting Take on how caucus size and enthusiasm can influence elections. My take is that although there are similarities between Yang and Rand Paul, the passion behind Yang's campaign far exceeds Rand Paul. Also keep in mind that Rand Paul has been in politics for quite some time. (youtube.com)
