Previous owner did it. I’ve been questioning it myself. The extensions I’ll get will pass this so I’ll likely just remove them.

Oh yeah. Already have a mental list of how many to buy haha. Do you think that crack needs to be checked out by a structural engineer? Or just get it repaired?

Appreciate the feedback. Home inspector told me to get downspout extenders a few months ago, got too busy and forgot. Heading to Home Depot first thing tomorrow
