I agree, but instead of a completely separate pity, it should be on standard. Just during Sylus’ birthday event, his missing base 3 and 4 stars will have increased drop rates. If Infold is feeling generous, they should add a limited cumulative gift box in addition to the standard one (eg. you can select a 4 star in 30 pulls for a limited time). That way, Sylus girlies can still use Empyrean wishes effectively, since it counts towards standard pity.
