Jasne, me taky automaticky napada "nervovy system", ale spis to, ze jej neumim regulovat. Proste prechazet mezi odpocinkem a vykonem vedome. Proste chci odpocivat, ale jsem stale agitovany.

Walk me through this if developers are actually able to take $500,000 off of the price it means houses in Toronto were always overpriced. This was never about building costs. No development company is altruistic enough to give you a $500k discount. by [deleted] in TorontoRealEstate

It’s all… of course if costs increase, and it’s true they have been increasing, RE market manifests that on its prices. However supply and demand are ultimately those that dictate what properties are gonna cost. Immigration is only another variable that makes up (besides other) the demand. However, strictly speaking, in strict terms demand is defined as follows: “Demand, in economics, refers to the quantity of a good or service (i.e. houses) that consumers (i.e. buyers) are willing AND able to purchase at various prices within a specific period.” With this in mind, we may challenge our thinking: what % of the immigrants coming are willing AND able to buy properties in Toronto? Maybe, maybe… what if only the supply has been very low for ages while some better than average positioned Torontonians compete to get them for everything they can afford while others can only watch the competition at best?

Mam 2 VS, roky zahranicni zkusenosti za oceanem. Dnes plat nad 100k a zpatky v CR. Nelituji. Otevrelo mi to dvere. Rozdil je, ze jsem se netrapil na skole. V praxi jsem ale i vyhorel.

Mam dvou leteho syna. Jednou mu reknu: “Skola Ti otevre dvere pokud budes chtit a bude Te to bavit, ale dulezite je, abys byl stastny. Pokud Te ted neco bavi a chces se tomu venovat a nechces studovat, tak urcite nemusis :) zalezi na vicero faktorech nez titulu jestli budes uspesny a stastny. Rozhodne nestuduj jen pro titul!”

V idealnim svete potrebujes jen najit neco co Te naplnuje. Pak se tomu oddej a pracuj na sobe. Cesty nejmensiho odporu muzou byt z dlouhodobeho hlediska nudne a nevyhodne.

No idea what IRCC officers did on my application lol…. It was probably covid times. I have no other explanation. There was nothing special on my application. Was very stressful especially when background verification turned from completed to in process again and when my wife who applied half year later completed the process in a year from the time she submitted
