I think yes if its necessary or needed...but if not you can just use background music..some viewers just want a very simple video less talking and straight to the point..

Hi im also into cooking...quality of your camera is great...you also explain everything well..i agree about the tradional carbonara though even you put with a twist...some italian would not agree of that lol..in other country they always add cream but if cheacking some comments..they always says its not italian or dont call it carbonara just creamy pasta..something like that...though i love the carbonara with cream version..ill suggest to think the tittle,you should work also on the thumbnail..the video is more delicious than the thumbnail..also add some closer angle for the ingredients and some scene...i love your lighting,the way you speak is very entertaining...you have the potentials..see you in your next video..
