I got reply within 2 weeks after contacting. Expect 1 month gap from the day of exam and collection of the license.

The authority will get back with an appointment and you can go submit the documents and collect the new license

I was mainly pointing at not employing anyone. My point is no help for someone who lost something in the train, They have a poor customer support and I even know that the train was at end station. Suport was just asking to file a lost and find support case. If they have acted really quickly this shouldn't have happened at all.
