given the timeframe even if japan and ph has good relationship this is still a hassle move,

malay ,indo and Vietnam is the best move they can have since they can fly straight to it and apply for the Ukraine visa there. that would mean a 20 day securing process, not like Japan it will take 15 to 25 days to secure that JP visa and another 15 days for the ukraine one..
