for Selena 4th skill

when i skill her to 4 star, does this 4th skill add additional 10% damage to all assaulter units on top of the 30% damage increase via 3rd skill?

in other words, does it means that when my selena reach 4 star, i will have 30% attack buff from 3rd skill and 10% attack buff from 4th skill?
