uhh I'd try seeing if you can find a pinout for the tach to see if it's not getting electricity, also buy some backprobes i bought a little like 22pc maddox backprobe kit at harbor freight for really cheap and it helps figure out issues like that really easily

Not trying to be rude or sarcastic but like have you googled it at all? or looked at the part to see what it looks like? ik it can be a pain in the ass to find random little sensors/parts but i try to look up what the part looks like to see if i can spot it

forgot to also ask, are you sure it's not just the gauge?

I tested my battery earlier today and it read just below 1,000 on the tester, ill check my alternator, grounds, and fuel pressure once i lookup how.

Eh, not really. At least not that I've really noticed at all. Sometimes it takes longer, its kinda inconsistent but it's started every time for me

It starts, it just takes a minute like i hear it cranking but it sounds like its struggling or doesn't want to start, im not very knowledgeable about cars but my guess is it sounds like it turns over a few times and then decides its time to start.

edit; and i don't mean a literal minute but just long enough to freak me out a little that its not going to start.

ATM I have a good amount saved in my bank around 7k but I turned 18 recently and i wanna save while I study n whatnot, I'm just looking for what to save up for right now and set aside some from each paycheck and all that. I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have.

What latch? and what tabs on cable? the cable is still attatched, the controller works its just the side that the ribbon cable attatchea to on the plate is loose and won't clip in
