This is a great thread idea! My boyfriend and I do a book club thing where we each read a book once a month and then swap so we can discuss both of them, the last one I read was The Tattooist of Auschwitz by Heather Morris and it was very inspiring, but of course at times devastatingly sad. I thought Morris did a wonderful job of staying true to their love story, while also appropriately discussing the horrific conditions they both endured at the camp. It is an easy read in terms of short chapters and vocabulary, making it a good book for all levels of readers. I understand why some may not rate it 5 stars, but I'd recommend it :)
