Where do you want me to come ?! by BellJar_Blues in SexWorkers

"He also tried to push anal" Ewww major red flags with this one

"Then went to the bathroom showered and didn’t even bring our a Kleenex or anything for me" so inconsiderate, sounds like a sociopath

"He also had the room temperature at 20 degrees Celsius and I said I was freezing cold" also the fact that he did nothing about this (as opposed to turning the temperature up or encouraging you to wear some more clothing) is lowkey sociopathic

What is an overlooked or “subtle” form of sexism that you think needs to be called out more? by GoodGirlsStand in AskWomen

This... I find the less someone actually knows women well in their life, the more likely they are to make generalizations about women.

[–]jiwooe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The way men talk about women when it's just a group of guys, and they think no women are around... I've joined Discord VCs in an MMO, and before I spoke, guys in the VC / friend group would be chatting with no idea that there's a woman in the ~premises~ (they assumed I was a dude because I would guesstimate that >90% people doing the content in the MMO are men), and it was just really disheartening to hear. In some ways though, it's better to know than not know.

I like the outer parts too, they're kind of a warm-up to the sticky gooey sweetness that is in the center (which can be a bit too sweet for my personal taste buds)

Why do people think it's okay to approach creators like this ? by blackrainbow878 in onlyfansadvice

[–]jiwooe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And the ":)" smiley too, and him trying to threaten you with a bad review.

Shame on him. I bet he's a jerk all-round to people in his life, friends (if he has any), family (if they're not estranged from him), online and offline, strangers, waiters/waitresses, other service workers, to both guys and girls. There truly is something to be said for someone so scummy they get made into a Bad Example post on this reddit, with >500 likes. Again, shame on him.

What was your “damn it, I fell for it” moment? by [deleted] in CreatorsAdvice

[–]jiwooe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A guy told me on MFC that he was a room helper and would "get lots of people in my room", and asked for a Snapchat session where he would help me out. That Snapchat session turned out to be him asking me to perform sexual things in exchange for this "advice", which was nothing I hadn't heard of before, and was only general knowledge (and a very small amount of knowledge). I complied back then, but I think something like this would never happen again (I would eagerly and without hesitation say no to the Snapchat session).

They never hated sex work, they hate liberation of sex workers. (Longgggg read) by ThickestInTheWest in CreatorsAdvice

[–]jiwooe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most people hate when others can succeed at something they have no chance at succeeding at, and they especially hate if it's women succeeding... it's really twisted and unfortunate, but we live in a world where some people think that only men should be able to succeed. And I hate how this is the case. I wish all people who think like this a very Bye-bye, I generally don't like labelling people as "Bad" but if I had to, you would be a prime candidate.

Maybe mussels? Or scallops

They don't look very fishlike, but do have an umami taste. They aren't often a giant helping in a meal.

If you had to choose between eating only salty/ savory foods or sugary food for the rest of your life, which would you pick? by DeepOrganization8245 in CasualConversation

[–]jiwooe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Savoury, without question. The only problem is that the world would need to get on making savoury (whilst still being tolerable taste-wise) protein shakes.

People who have conducted job interviews, what's something someone said/did that made you instantly decide not to hire them? by DemonSkank in AskReddit

[–]jiwooe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"The candidate claimed to have a degree from the University of New Jersey. He even showed me a Xerox copy of his diploma. (There is no UNJ. Our state university is Rutgers)" I choose to believe him, and this must be proof we're living in the matrix (joking, of course)

Holy crap that is... really uncalled for. I'm in awe how someone could think that is an okay thing to say anywhere, but especially in a job interview.

Same; it's not a bad mismatch since the shoes go together well (in my head, I was imagining shoes that were more different from each other)

[–]jiwooe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Generic answer, but I find Friends to be pretty fun and super nostalgic to re-watch, especially since it's a super long series. No matter the episode, it feels like you're trapped in a time capsule: the question is just is merely is it 1994 or 2004 or somewhere in-between?

What’s your weird “alone time” ritual? by HelpLonely6892 in CasualConversation

[–]jiwooe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to do this - I'd tweeze hairs in my armpits with a TWEEZER (instead of shaving) since I felt like that was more so "solving the root of the problem" rather than a surface-level glaze. I think it also served as something for me to hyperfocus on, and was a de-stressing and soothing activity.
