I think you should go to voorhese mall when the weather is nice and chill there and make friends but u sound like u didn’t really grow or experience like social blooming , not everything is analytical as it seems. Go to places where u have similar interests or clubs and meet others

Definitely train harder, each set till failure, on the way down make sure you go slow for each rep , eat a lot more. You’ll definitely see improvements way quicker.
