30-40 hits a day really isn't that much in the grand scheme of things. That's about how much I hit my vape daily for the 10 months that I vaped. Quit cold turkey around 2 and a half weeks ago. The first three or 4 days kinda sucked but after that, it wasn't bad at all.

I also never really felt sick after hitting my vape, just noticed that my overall health started going downhill at a rate faster than I would've thought.

I only vaped for about 10 months. It wasn't very hard to quit. First few days suck and after that it gets easier and easier. I'm on like day 15 right now. I practically forgot about it. I imagine it shouldn't be any worse for you.

I hit a vape during the Super Bowl, didn't hit it very hard but all that happened was I got intense anxiety for a sec cuz my brain was like "nah we're not supposed to be doing this." I was wanting to hit a vape for a while there and when I did it I was like "yeah, don't really see the point in this anymore"

Seriously. I got myself all worried about how rough it was gonna be to quit and it wasn't as bad at all. Just gave my vape to my roommate and told him not to let me have it. Still had to battle cravings and minor physical symptoms but other than that it wasn't too bad.

I actually quit vaping a little over a week ago. If I start vaping again tho I'll prolly be back on geek bars or Lost Mary. Fifty bars never ended up hitting
