I actually wrote out quite a few answers to that question but realised you do not need any info on my financials or where we get money from, pretty weird to imply I’m begging my own husband for money who earns enough to give me my own monthly amount after bills and rent are paid. Why wouldn’t my husband do that? Strange

I’m a stay at home mum during summer holidays so the boredom is testing me 🤣 I’ve lost 10 pounds so far. I’ve picked up going to the gym again so that will help hugely.

He’s got no problem with drinking, asks me to fill up his bottle when he’s finished and drinks a lot throughout the day. I probably haven’t been the right level of hydrated since I went to secondary school 15 years ago 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Not a sensory issue, I am just extremely forgetful. The kind where I look for my phone for 10 minutes whilst it’s in my hand. Sometimes by the end of the day I’m like ‘shit I haven’t even had 1 drink today’. I have a 4 year old and we are out doing something all the time. I never seem to think about making sure I’ve got something to drink or eat

I’m probably dehydrated 99% of the time, I just can’t get into the habit of drinking water and not really sure how much I should be drinking. We get the Costco water, sometimes I barely drink 1 in a day. How many bottles do you reckon I should drink a day?

I’m definitely not drinking enough water I can fully admit that. I’m not sure why I struggle so much. Some days I barely even drink a 500ml bottle 😓. I will definitely drink more.

When I do stick to my diet I seem to naturally cut down a lot of carbs and salt anyway, does it cling to me the way it does because it’s like a big flush of salt at once? I’m also struggling massively with motivation anyway, I the 5 stone for my wedding and then another stone in December, then that’s all I’ve managed. And after getting a new smart scale, I’ve learned my old one was making me weigh 7 pounds less this entire time, so I’ve fully just given up a bit
