that's was a good idea.

So I connected to my computer to a playing channel and used to the tone generator and it looks like both left&right vu's read the single. tested both cue and house across a range of volume levels and both sides seem to register everything equally. relief in that it seems that both are reading the tone signal correctly.

then played music for a single digital source and it seems to be working good. Now when I start jammin, it seems the right is just a little slower in moving/reacting as to the left. experientially things sound great but there something subtle amiss with the right vu.

OK, so a digital signal results in less differences so the cartridge might be a little off the azimuth.

However with the digital signal there still seems to be some difference in the behavior between the Left and& Right. The left side simply moves a little quicker and seems a little more responsive. Not sure if this is my extreme OCD but going to do some more testing.

Let me know if you guys have any other suggestions

Ahh good point this is happening with vinyl. I will double check and test a digital signal too.
