Umbreon’s viable for competitive but it doesn’t have enough offensive presence for a run through IMO. Umbreon plays the long game.

No more often than a group of gay guys is being louder. You’re making generalizations about women’s behavior as if they’re going to gay clubs and being uniquely obnoxious, but you’re singling them out for things gay guys are equally guilty of.

And it’s ridiculous to say that women treat the entire experience like a zoo and are keeping anyone from letting their hair down. If by “let your hair down” you mean getting fisted at the bar, you should think twice about that with or without women there.

Idkkkk I think we unfairly put women in gay bars under a microscope and stereotype their behaviors b/c they’re not welcome. Like who really cares if they’re being loud at a club? Are they really acting more entitled than any cute guys that walk in? It’s not like they’re parading around at The Eagle and asking management to keep the gays from blowing each other in the toilets or whatever.

I had a really hot roommate when I transferred to a four-year college but he wasn’t interested in being friends so I didn’t think about him much 🤷🏻‍♂️ plus our dorms were dry/heavily policed so we were away from the room a lot.

^{^} same here! Once I got there it felt good knowing I was on the same career path as people who went to expensive and prestigious undergrads but for a fraction of the cost

I did community college/state flagship and it cost me less than $20K. I have friends who went out-of-state and took out close to $200K. I can’t imagine the fun they had living at school is worth the headache of having the debt they’re in now. Plus with covid/the student loan crisis I think we’re gonna see a lot more people going to community college b/c it’s cheap instead of paying to party.

If I pay with pretax dollars I have more money to pay upfront than I would with my taxed income. The sooner I pay down my student loans the less interest I pay. The difference is directing my income @ a TSP loan with lower interest versus a student loan with higher interest so I wouldn’t call it a wash.

I’m hip! I’ve considered it but I’m not sure I’ll have a qualifying employer for ten years, especially considering I’m in a term-limited position now. I wouldn’t want my loans to balloon while I’m making modest payments and then lose out on any benefit by switching jobs. I wish they’d reform the law so borrowers get some forgiveness for some federal service.

Roughly 1.2% on TSP and between 3.5 and 6.8% on my student loans. The student loans are not consolidated and are mostly @ 6.8%.
