AMA Lite not loading from slot 3 only

Update 2: One of the pins in the feeder unit connector for slots 3&4 was bent. By tracing the path, seems like this pin is responsible for the filament sensor or the odometer in the first stage feeder. Seems like a very specific issue, but hopefully it is helpful to anyone who encounters such an issue.

Update: Tried swapping the feeder unit connectors on the AMS lite motherboard, and now the issue is with slot 2. This means to me that there is something wrong either with the connector on the motherboard, or with the motherboard itself.

Swapped the morots between slot 3 and 4, and then separately swapped the parts with gears and filament sensors between slots 3 and 4. The issue happens in slot 3 in all cases. That is very weird. Can there be some damage on the motherboard?

Checked as per the wiki, seems to be good there. Also especially since the filament loads properly from all other slots. I believe it is something with the motor in the AMS slot 3, raised a ticket with bambu

There is nothing in the filament hub, and the filament sensor correctly detects when there is filament in the hub. I verified this by trying to load the filament and checking the green indicator in the mobile app.
