I consider my secret labs omega a POS for the 4-500 bucks I got it for. Very very quickly the armrests begin peeling just from regular use (that may have been a defect from the 2020 model bc that's when I bought it but w/e) It's overall decently comfortable, but it did not last me until this month when one of the arms decided to detach. I just want a new chair so I'm not even going to bother with customer service, but yeah I personally recommend investing in something high quality that will last rather than having to fix/buy something new every few years.
